Job summary

Pilgrim's in Douglas, GA seeks an Electrical Technician to install, program, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment including metal detectors, scales, PID controllers, VFDs, PLCs, circuit boards, fuses, relays, and motors. You will read and interpret electromechanical drawings and use meters, signal generators and computers for diagnostics.

Responsibilities include timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and handling emergency issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electromechanical drawings and schematics.
• Strong trouble-shooting skills for electrical and electronic equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electromechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints, etc.
• Use multimeter, megohmmeter, signal generator and computers.
• Perform timely repair and routine maintenance.
• Preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Handle emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
• Use power tools (saws, drills, impacts, grinder).
• Work in high heat/cold environments, heights, confined spaces.
• Lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Day Shift: Wed 12:00-18:30

Thu-Sat: 6:00-18:30

Pay: $27.60hr
