North Coast Container in Chicago, IL is hiring a Maintenance Electrician to keep electrical, automation, and control systems running safely and reliably. You will work with PLCs, robotics, drives, and motor controls to minimize downtime and keep production moving.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. OSHA-10/30, LOTO knowledge, and the ability to read schematics are important, with on-site work and some overtime.

Competenze

• Must have strong troubleshooting skills on electrical systems and automation.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and schematics is required.
• Knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety standards is essential.
• Hands-on capability with PLCs, drives, and motor controls.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and automation controls to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose PLC-controlled machinery, robotic systems, and conveyors.
• Repair and maintain VFDs, motor starters, relays, and control circuits.
