Job summary

Pennsy Supply, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician for our Harrisburg, PA area plants. You will repair and maintain electrical systems across aggregate, ready-mix, and hot-mix asphalt operations, with a minimum of five years in industrial electrical work.

Responsibilities include installing 480V/120V/24V circuits, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment, while following safety policies and maintaining logs. Local travel to nearby sites is required.

Qualifications

• Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Current driver’s license.
• Able to work at various locations (Local to Harrisburg, PA and surrounding area).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Formal Training in electrical trade and a minimum of 5 years working as an Industrial Electrician or related position.
• Able to read and understand industrial electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to operate forklifts and manlifts, training can be provided.
• Familiarity with PLC operations, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical equipment in industrial plants.
• Install new electrical systems and control cabinets (480V/120V/24V).
• Troubleshoot and repair wiring and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and proper documentation.
• Monitor work area and keep logs as required.
• Report faulty equipment and potential hazards to supervision.
