Job summary

Schaeffler Transmission Systems, LLC, based in Wooster, Ohio, is seeking a maintenance technician to maintain, repair, install, and set up electrical and mechanical equipment in a production facility. Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair, install and set up electrical and mechanical equipment in the production facility.
  • Contribute to planning maintenance schedules and execute assignments.
  • Analyze technical issues and perform repairs referencing electrical systems.
  • Execute ramp up, setup and start procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
  • Contribute to installation projects on site and support accountable Engineers.
  • Support maintenance of technical documentation for processes and equipment.

  • Maintain, repair, install and set up electrical and mechanical equipment, machines, tools or parts, used in a production facility assigned.
  • Contribute to planning of maintenance schedules and execute respective maintenance assignments.
  • Analyze technical issues, complete repairs and work orders with reference to electrical systems.
  • Execute ramp up, setup and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
  • Contribute to installation projects on site, and support accountable Engineers.
  • Support maintenance of technical documentations for processes and equipment.
Your Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and Journeyman Card
