Job summary

Splendora Independent School District is seeking a skilled Electrician to maintain, repair, and install electrical systems across district facilities. You will ensure safe operation and compliance with electrical codes under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance.

Requirements include a Texas journeyman license (TDLR), a valid Texas driver's license, and at least four years in the electrical field. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to contribute to district

Qualifications

• Valid Texas TDLR journeyman electrician license.
• Clear and valid Texas driver's license.
• Four years of experience in the electrical field.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair wiring, fixtures, and distribution systems per codes and schematics.
• Diagnose and resolve problems in circuits and equipment.
• Connect power wiring for machines and equipment per blueprints.
• Install electrical conduit and measure/assemble as needed.
• Schedule and complete projects with principals and supervisors.
• Respond to emergency calls and maintain safety.
