Ilocatum in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Industrial Machine Repair / Maintenance Technician to support a growing precision manufacturing operation. This role focuses on diagnosing problems, repairing machinery, and ensuring production equipment runs reliably on the day shift.
The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance of CNC and complex production machinery, with opportunities to work on wiring, transformers and controls, plus collaboration with operators and vendors as needed.
Maintenance-Electrical Machine Repair (Day Shift, Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm with paid lunch)
Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer in the Menomonee Falls area experiencing significant growth. As manufacturing capacity expands, they are strengthening the maintenance team responsible for keeping a busy machining operation running.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who likes diagnosing problems, repairing machinery and figuring out why equipment isn’t doing what it should. The environment includes multi-spindle machining equipment and a variety of other industrial production machinery.
The work may include:
Experience maintaining or repairing CNC equipment, multi-spindle/screw machines, machine tools or other complex production machinery is particularly relevant. A strong combination of mechanical aptitude, industrial electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability is important.
