JOB TITLE: Maintenance Electrician (3rd Shift)

BUSINESS UNIT: Maintenance

REPORTS TO: Matt Ratzlaff

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Electrician provides technical support to Plant Operations, troubleshooting and repairing high-speed food processing/packaging equipment and robotics, with a focus on PLC & Automation systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Outstanding electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
2. Knowledge of industrial electricity (120v-480v systems).
3. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, OE manuals.
4. Scheduling flexibility for second/third shift, weekends, and overtime.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Computer skills including Windows and SAP preferred.
7. Maintain organized work area and support 5S initiatives.
8. Effective communication with shifts and team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or G.E.D., vocational or technical focus preferred.
• Prior industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.

Work Environment: Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; noise level usually loud.
