Job description

Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician to support our Anoka HOFFMAN Operations on our overnights / 3rd shift.

Complete day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor process improvements for the facility and production equipment at both Anoka locations. Maintaining, testing, and assisting contractors with servicing equipment and systems are also key responsibilities of this role.

The ideal candidate will have:

• MN Electrician (Journeyman's) License preferred or actively pursuing one with at least 2000 hours.
• Ability to perform daily Mechanical Maintenance duties alongside Electrical responsibilities.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Electric/mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Pay within this range will be determined by knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Compliance with minimum wage laws is maintained.

Compensation Range: $33.61-$46.50 Per Hour

Depending on the position offered, employees may be eligible for additional compensation such as annual incentives.
