We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician - 3rd Shift at our Plant 13-Albion, IN facility.

Dexter, headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, is a leading manufacturer of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components for various markets. We employ advanced robotics, precision welding, and automated machining to ensure quality and innovation.

Job Description

This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, troubleshooting, and instructing others with minimal supervision. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in electrical, CNC, and robotic systems, understand basic electrical formulas, troubleshoot solid state devices, reprogram ladder logic, and repair in-house equipment. Flexibility to work overtime, maintain safety, and foster a positive team environment is essential. Ability to lead in the absence of supervisors is also required.

Qualifications & Education

An Associate’s degree or equivalent from a technical college, or 5+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
