Job summary

RR Donnelley in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on AC/DC drive controllers and electro-mechanical equipment in a climate-controlled environment.

You will train and support team members, record maintenance activities, and improve safety while ensuring reliable production. Candidates should have experience with 120V to 480V, AC/DC controls, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Description

Perform electrical maintenance, trouble shoot, and solve electrical problems for AC/DC drive controllers, electro-mechanical equipment, AC/DC controls and web transport systems. Maintain records and equipment to reduce equipment breakdowns and make changes necessary to improve safety. Contribute to a work environment where all employees work safely and respectfully with one another. Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills, and maintain the ability to thrive as a team member and work independently.
• Capable of troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment throughout the plant.
• Assume responsibility for PMs and routine maintenance on all equipment in the plant.
• Experience working with 120v single phase to 480v 3ph.
• Experience with AC and DC controls.

Required Experience

• Industrial experience required.
• AC/DC drive experience.
• HVAC experience a plus.
• Ability to operate or use programmable logic controllers, electronic testing equipment including a probe, chart recorder, oscilloscope, meager & digital multimeter.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Responsible for training new and existing team members.

Thesalary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $28.00 - $42.00 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
