Sjoberg Tool & Manufacturing Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team and help keep our facility and production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing complex equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, read schematics and blueprints, and maintain CNC machines, PLCs, servo drives, robotics, and motor controls.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized technical training.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, low- and high-voltage systems, and industrial electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with CNCs, PLCs, servo drives, and robotics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong industrial electrical experience and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
