Job description

Rate of Pay - $2,038per week per CBA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation,repair,replacement,andmaintenanceofelectricalsystems.Install electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment as part of the building infrastructure as well as its associated machinery and lighting systems.
• Maintenance.Perform routine maintenance on electrical systemsto ensureoptimalperformance and safety.
• Troubleshooting.Diagnose and repair electrical issues.Ensureappropriateresponsetooperationalemergenciesandotherunforeseencircumstances.
• Compliance.Ensure that all electrical workcomplies withlocal (NYC) and national safety codes and regulations.
• Inspections.Conduct inspections of electrical equipment and its components. Maintain records and prepare reports
• Respondingtoemergencysituationsandenvironmentalcomplianceemergencies

Skills and Qualifications

• Education.Ahighschooldiplomaequivalentwithcompletionofanapprenticeshipprogramorvocationaltraininginelectricaltechnology.
