Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park in Franklin, IN is seeking an Electrician/Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across our 320-acre campus. The role supports overall facility maintenance to keep residents, staff, and visitors safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical components, reading blueprints, performing preventive inspections, maintaining emergency systems, and handling basic carpentry/plumbing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid electrician license or certification preferred.
• Experience in electrical work and general maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot panels, breakers, and outlets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
• Maintain emergency systems including generators and fire alarms.
• Assist with general maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC) as needed.
• Read blueprints or work orders and document repairs.

Our campus is known for its scenic landscape, featuring mature trees, winding footpaths, and a vibrant atmosphere throughout all seasons.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Electrician/Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems while supporting overall facility maintenance.
