100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrician in Franklin, Indiana to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems across the facility.

You will work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, CTI, Simotion, Direct Logic), drive systems, instrumentation, and NEC-compliant installations to keep production running safely. The ideal candidate has several years of industrial electrical experience, strong troubleshooting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Several years of industrial electrical or maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting with electrical test instruments.
• Experience with industrial PLC systems.
• Experience with AC/DC variable-speed drives and servo drives.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and isolate production equipment malfunctions using schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic components in industrial equipment.
• Program and operate Allen-Bradley, CTI, Simotion, and Direct Logic PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC variable-speed drives and servo drives.
• Install and modify electrical installations per NEC.
• Calibrate and repair instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temp, position).
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns and repair to restore operation.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
