Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Electrician Level IV to work onsite at Cummins in Fletcher, NC. The role is full-time, with shifts on 2nd and 3rd, and pay between $34.00–$36.00 per hour, paid weekly.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve industrial electrical systems while mentoring others and upholding safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading maintenance tasks, planning downtime-reducing activities, ensuring HSE compliance, reading diagrams, and documenting

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical electrical certifications preferred.
  • Extensive experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, automation, controls, and safety standards.
  • Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance teams.
  • Ability to read diagrams and documentation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, safety-focused.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required; additional licensing may be needed.

  • Support in equipment failure analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections and document maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and cross‑functional departments.
  • Participate in TPM and ongoing professional training.

Maintenance Electrician Level IV (Onsite)

Location: Fletcher NC

Pay Rate: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Shifts Available
  • 2nd Shift: Monday — Friday, 3:15 PM — 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:15 PM — 7:15 AM
About the Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving industrial electrical systems—while mentoring others and driving a culture of safety and quality.

  • Troubleshoot, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and components
  • Lead and coordinate team members on electrical repair and maintenance tasks

  • Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance team members
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and documentation
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Valid driver’s license may be required; may require additional licensing for compliance purposes
