Job summary

MicroConnex Corporation seeks a Plant Maintenance Project Engineer to support Plant Engineering and CCM manufacturing sites in optimizing maintenance performance. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with 30% travel to multiple sites and strong collaboration with maintenance teams to implement best maintenance practices.

The role emphasizes coordination, installation supervision, and ongoing dialogue with facility personnel to drive reliability and performance improvements.

• Institutes preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Conducts equipment installation coordination/supervision associated with department project assignments.
• Monitors significant plant downtime events and provide or coordinates assistance as necessary.
• Processes and production equipment troubleshooting.
• Participates in ongoing routine dialog with maintenance personnel at the respective CCM manufacturing facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This position will provide project support to the Plant Engineering staff and to all CCM manufacturing sites. This individual will routinely assess, monitor, and enhance the maintenance performance at each plant via project related interaction or designated periodic tasks. Technical assistance will be manifested with the refinement and optimization of manufacturing equipment/facilities through improved and more consistent application of best maintenance practices. Standard hours of operation Monday – Friday 8 am to 5pm with 30% travel requirement.

Education and Experience

Required:

• o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• o Five to ten years of plant maintenance responsibilities with emphasis on preventive programs and major maintenance project planning and implementation.
