Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced PLM IT Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA PLM applications in a global environment. You will troubleshoot cross-system issues, optimize integrations with ERP, SolidWorks, CATIA V6, and ensure high availability of PLM services.

You will perform root-cause analysis, manage incidents per ITIL, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, updates, and documentation across Windows Server platforms and DSLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technology discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in PLM, enterprise application support, or related IT environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE.
• ERP, SolidWorks, and CATIA V6 integrations.
• Java / JSP.
• Windows Server Administration.
• Strong working knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V6.
• MS SQL for performance troubleshooting, database locking, and data analysis.
• DSLS / Dassault Systèmes licensing.
• Experience in L2/L3 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA PLM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and system issues.
• Support integrations between ERP, SolidWorks, CATIA V6, and 3DEXPERIENCE platforms.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Analyze and resolve MS SQL performance issues, including database slowness, locking, and data-related problems.
• Support Windows Server environments hosting PLM applications.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom solutions using Java and JSP.
• Support DSLS (Dassault Systèmes License Server), including licensing and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Follow established ITIL, incident, problem, and change-management processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of PLM applications.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to knowledge sharing across support teams.
