Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Electric Motor Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and rebuild industrial electric motors and related equipment in Texas.

Responsibilities include AC/DC motor diagnostics, motor teardown and reassembly, bearing and seal replacement, wiring and motor leads, electrical testing, preventive maintenance, VFD troubleshooting, and thorough repair documentation. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with industrial motors, electromechanical equipment, electrical troubleshooting, or industrial maintenance.

Pay: $24–$34/hour DOE
Full-Time | Relocation Available

Relocation package: Up to $3,000 with receipts, $650/month housing for 3 months, $1,500 retention bonus at 90 days, and $1,500 at 180 days.
