The Documentation Specialist is responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives by developing, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation related to maintenance, safety, and operational processes. This role assists with the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing practices, preventive maintenance programs, SAP documentation, work instructions, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and equipment documentation to improve safety, reliability, and productivity.
