Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance/plant roles preferred.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet the maintenance needs of the facility.
• Ensure a safe environment by recognizing hazards and taking action.
• Repair, replace, and purchase items per policy.
• Plan preventive maintenance programs and document them.
• Maintain weather protection and exterior grounds in all weather conditions.
• Supervise outside contractors and be on-call for emergencies.
