Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Director for Silver Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bastrop, TX. The role supervises the maintenance department to keep the facility safe and comfortable, aligning with federal, state, and local standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, coordinate with the Administrator, and ensure proper labeling and storage of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience as Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal regulations related to nursing homes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility through painting, repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance functions of staff.
• Assist in setting and documenting maintenance standards and procedures.
• Ensure MSDS for hazardous chemicals are kept up to date.
• Test and maintain alarm and fire systems per guidelines.
• Schedule bids, file reports, and track safety items.
