Navion Senior Solutions, Dublin Square community in Dublin, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Director to manage maintenance and housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage budgets, and oversee regulatory maintenance across HVAC, elevators, life safety and more, ensuring safety and quality for residents.

Strong plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills and a track record of hands-on leadership are required.

Formación

• Solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems and carpentry skills.
• Aptitude in budgeting, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Experience supervising maintenance and housekeeping staff and disciplining when needed.
• Ability to coordinate with local safety and regulatory inspectors.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional transportation support.
• HVAC/Mechanical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff; hire, train, evaluate, and discipline as needed.
• Direct maintenance of interior and exterior areas; inspect work for standards.
• Oversee regulatory maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and Help Call systems.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance repairs for residents and common areas.
• Hands-on repairs, painting, and upkeep of walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
• Maintain communication with fire marshal, inspectors, and authorities.
• Assess plumbing and electrical issues and determine corrective actions per codes.
• Act as subject matter expert for physical plant systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety).
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed; manage Preventative Maintenance program.
• Collaborate with Local/Regional teams on capital projects annually.
• Bring 7+ years of hands-on building maintenance and facilities management experience.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
