Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high safety and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance plan with tasks and timelines.
• Establish and manage equipment and utilities programs.
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance technicians.
• Conduct regular safety inspection tours and document findings.
• Provide facility-wide safety training and chair the Safety Committee.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Ensure proper maintenance of supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Stay current with building codes and safety regulations.
• Seek innovative solutions to improve operations and safety.
