Qualifications

• Two years of experience in building maintenance.
• At least one year of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property.
• Prepare rooms for new residents.
• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of property.
• Maintain community landscaping to make sure the outside is as presentable as the inside.
