Job summary

Mountain Glen, operated by Cascade Living Group, seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee preventive maintenance of interior and exterior spaces, manage repairs in occupied units, and ensure safe, well‑maintained surroundings for residents. The role emphasizes organizational skills, adaptability, and teamwork within a compassionate, service‑oriented community.

The position requires CPR certification and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
• Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
• Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
• Experience in grounds maintenance, electrical and plumbing repair
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Make repairs in occupied apartments and renovate turnover units for new residents moving in
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required
• Available and on call for emergencies day and night
• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals

As theMaintenance Director(Plant Operations Director) at Mountain Glen, you are responsible for everything maintenance and play a critical role when it comes to ensuring that the community is attractive, well-maintained and that our residents are safe, secure and well taken care of.

$26.00 - $28.00/hour

• Monday - Friday

• 8:30am - 5:00pm

• Weekend and Holiday Availability Required for Emergencies
