Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines preferred.
• In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience in maintenance of multi-unit residential properties may offset degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, evaluating, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Oversee financial performance within the approved budget and maximize cash flow after debt service.
• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel and ensure required training is completed.
• Ensure on-time response and completion of maintenance work orders and provide safety compliance.
