Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledgeable of local building codes and ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct maintenance programs.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Inspect equipment/systems regularly for proper functioning and safety.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Manage within budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
