Qualifications

• Prior maintenance supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance department activities to ensure environmental center compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and safe community conditions; oversee laundry services.
