Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team and safeguard the facility’s safety and performance. You will supervise staff, schedule tasks, and drive completion of repairs with a focus on code compliance and life safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and code compliance.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Organized and time management skills.
• Must have ability to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance.
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
