Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a Maintenance Director responsible for overseeing building and equipment maintenance at the Marysville facility. The role includes supervising staff, performing repairs, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for patients and visitors.

The position requires a high school diploma with basic wiring, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge, plus ability to read, write, and converse in English to respond to medical and physical needs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent with basic wiring, plumbing and carpentry knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for safety and care of patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Administrator and follows directions.
• Maintains building and grounds in a clean, safe, orderly condition.
• Maintains and repairs basic functions of the center as directed by supervisor.
• Cares for tools and equipment.
• Performs minor repairs (handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical, HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Remains on call 24 hours a day.
• Puts customer service first for patients and families.
• Performs other duties as requested.
