Job summary

Sapphire Rehabilitation & Care Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead and oversee all facility maintenance operations. Responsibilities

• Helps with the development and implementation of proactive maintenance strategies and maintenance programs.
• Provides leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel.
• Operate power equipment.
• Maintain parking lots and common areas for safety and aesthetics.
• Maintain swimming pool daily and ensure water safety and chemical balance.
• Maintain records/logs for compliance and reference.
• Assist with other maintenance duties as needed.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Adhere to infection control policies.
