Chatsworth Commons Senior Living in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead maintenance and housekeeping teams and to oversee daily operations, safety, and vendor coordination.

You will manage inspections, schedules, and inventories in a healthcare environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance. A supportive team and stable schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in maintenance or housekeeping, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and housekeeping practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Oversee daily operations including repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning schedules.
• Conduct inspections to assess facility conditions and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects.
