Aria Healthcare in Wisconsin seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee a range of building and equipment maintenance ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance, obtain bids, and coordinate repairs to support high‑quality patient care.

This is a full‑time, 40-hour weekly role with compensation in the $50k–$62k range.

Pay Range: $50k-$62k yearly salary

The Maintenance Director is responsible to maintain through a variety of maintenance duties so that a clean and safe environment is maintained for residents, team members and visitors.

Essential Duties:

• Inspect facility and equipment to determine need and extent of service, and equipment required. Perform all needed work/repairs that are in the scope of normal practice.
• Assign workers to duties such as maintenance, repair, or renovation and obtain bids for additional work from outside contractors.

• Follow preventative maintenance schedule in order to control costs. Maintain preventative maintenance records.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment, and furniture. Obtains, reviews and evaluates bids from outside contractors as needed.
