Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to lead our building maintenance program, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.

You will coordinate generator maintenance, schedule routine visits, and uphold NFPA standards while supporting patient care through reliable facilities management.

Qualifications

• Healthcare building operations experience is preferred.
• General plumbing and electrical skills.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Basic knowledge of using common tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA and Life Safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance program and repairs.
• Handle daily repairs to doors, lights, patching, etc.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, security, fire systems, electrical and elevators.
• Coordinate generator maintenance and scheduling.
• Ensure NFPA and life-safety service visits monthly/quarterly/annually.
