Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to oversee building operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and life-safety systems. The role emphasizes generator compliance and routine service scheduling.

• Healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
• General plumbing/electrical skills.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• General knowledge in utilizing tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance program and repair coordination.
• General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…
• HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator…
• Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance.
• NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc.
