The Waters of Kingsport LLC in Tennessee is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance and upkeep of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation campus. You will ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.

You will supervise a maintenance team, develop preventive programs, manage budgets, coordinate with departments, and maintain records of repairs and expenses to support high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility's physical structure in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment, fixtures, and appliances within the facility.
