We are seeking a results-driven individual to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable living space for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the facility's physical structure, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, fixtures, and appliances within the facility
• Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to prevent and resolve issues
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations
