Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance in a healthcare facility.
• Working knowledge of water heaters, HVAC units, and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the maintenance staff, ensuring efficient and competent service.
• Conduct daily facility inspections.
• Manage and adhere to maintenance budgets.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment, including water heaters, HVAC units, kitchen equipment, etc.
• Perform or supervise various maintenance functions such as installations, carpentry, furnace and air conditioner repairs, plumbing and appliance repairs, drywall and painting repairs, minor roof repairs, and more.
• Maintain control of maintenance storage and mechanical rooms.
• Ensure proper use and care of all tools, equipment, and vehicles.
