Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Facilities role at a skilled nursing facility in Worthington, Ohio. The primary focus is maintaining life safety code compliance, the physical plant, and utilities to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
