We’re looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee our 4-person Maintenance team. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility runs smoothly and keeps the corporate office informed of what is needed or will be needed for the facility.

Some of the responsibilities are:

·Scheduling and training staff

·Ensuring tasks are completed satisfactorily and timely

·Creating/updating preventative maintenance policies

·Working with Human Resources to hire, discipline and terminate staff

·Reviewing hours weekly for payroll
