Job summary

Tree of Life Rehabilitation seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee routine and preventative maintenance of our facility's mechanical systems. The role focuses on life-safety compliance and CMS rule adherence, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and survey readiness.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance staff, manage vendors, and ensure building systems remain in excellent repair. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, faith-based work environment.

Qualifications

• NFPA knowledge and experience preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or hospitality setting.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance budgets is a plus.
