Job summary

Skilled Nursing Facility in Tarboro is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee routine maintenance of facility systems and lead a maintenance team in a healthcare setting.

You will drive preventative maintenance, ensure life-safety compliance, manage vendors and maintenance budgets, and respond to emergency maintenance needs to support high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• NFPA knowledge and experience preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance budgets is a plus.
