Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to lead facility operations in a healthcare setting. You will oversee building systems, life safety, and maintenance teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and contractors, managing budgets and capital projects, maintaining records, and coordinating inspections and repairs to keep facilities up to standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Plant Operations, or Maintenance within a healthcare setting.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and mechanical operations.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and CMS regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe environment.

About the Role
