We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is fully knowledgeable of all building systems, safety standards, and state and federal compliance regulations, including emergency systems. The ideal candidate has a strong history of making sound decisions regarding the maintenance and integrity of these systems.

This leadership role requires strategic planning, excellent management, supervision, and staff education skills. The successful candidate will stay ahead of repairs, maintenance, capital item replacements, expenses, and projects. If you meet and exceed these requirements, we would like to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building systems, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff
• Plan and execute repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital projects
• Prioritize demands and make sound decisions quickly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Job Requirements:

• The work schedule includes 1 weekend day
• In-depth technical understanding of heating, plumbing, environmental systems, and general construction
• Excellent communication skills

• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and online systems
