Tower Lodge Care Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents and staff.
You will lead preventive maintenance programs, supervise a maintenance team, and coordinate with vendors to keep building systems running smoothly across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations of our Maintenance Department. The role ensures that all areas are properly maintained, operational, and compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Maintenance Director plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Supervise, coordinate, and lead the daily activities of the Maintenance Department.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
Conduct routine inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
$55000-$60000 per year and is based on experience

Minimum of2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, long-term care, or similar facility
Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs.
Working knowledge of applicable safety regulations, fire codes, and federal, state, and local building codes.
