Job summary

Silver Birch Living is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor relationships across the community. You will ensure the property remains in exceptional condition and deliver a high level of service to residents.

This role emphasizes on-call rotation, flexible shifts, and collaboration with a quality team to maintain safety and comfort. A background in senior living is preferred, with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with facilities maintenance.
• Senior Living experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and active auto insurance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service orientation.
