Job summary

Campbell Street in Denison, IA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department, ensuring the center is kept in good repair and compliant with safety and building codes.

You will schedule repairs, manage equipment, monitor utilities, and develop preventive maintenance programs while supervising the maintenance team and coordinating with residents and staff for a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade schooling preferred.
• 2 years of building maintenance experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• OSHA safety compliance and safe work practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
