Parc at Traditions, a Sonida Senior Living community in Bryan, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead building operations, safety, and preventative maintenance programs. You will oversee grounds, interior spaces, equipment, and incident response, manage maintenance staff, ensure state and safety compliance, and coordinate with teams to support resident quality of life and reliable service.

Formación

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Familiarity with safety and hazard reduction norms.

• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas.
• Oversees repair of community equipment and trains staff.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety records, systems, and state inspections.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:

• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas.
• Maintains and/or oversees repair of Community equipment; ensures that equipment is functioning properly, and staff are trained appropriately in its use.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing of units after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintenance of systems and inspections required by state.

Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance preferred; familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.
