Job summary

IFF in New Century, Kansas, is seeking a Maintenance Data Specialist to build and maintain the MMIS and related maintenance data systems at the plant. You will work closely with site engineers and operations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities include managing the MMIS data, supporting MOC, updating P&IDs, and performing SAP analyses to identify maintenance efficiencies, while ensuring compliance and timely work order closures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance and capital projects to uphold standards.
• Perform SAP data analyses to assess maintenance efficiencies.
• Maintain MMIS procedures and assist with work order closures.

Job Summary IFF is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, innovative professional to join our New Century Kansas manufacturing team in the role of Maintenance Data Specialist. The maintenance data specialist role builds and maintains the maintenance data systems at the New Century plant site.

Responsibilities:

• Gatekeeper for maintenance management information(MMIS) system at the New Century Site.
• Manage MMIS portion of the management of change(MOC) process.
• Responsible for building and maintaining equipment BOMS, creating equipment IDs, facilitating P&ID updates, and establishing equipment preventive maintenance plans.
• Maintain inspection reports and PSM critical documentation.
• Collaborate with site engineers, operations and maintenance teams.
• Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment when possible.
• Participate on maintenance and capital project teams to ensure site standards are followed when possible.
• Complete SAP data analyses to review maintenance efficiencies and opportunities.
• Responsible for maintaining MMIS procedures and assisting with work order closures.

• Computer and technical literacy; demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).
• Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software is a plus.
