Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) in Lexington Park, MD seeks a Maintenance Data Analyst to support the Score Technology and Analytics Center for the Presidential Helicopter program. You will assist the Workload Scheduler with CCPM projects, analyze capacity, and load templates into the scheduling software.

The role requires strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration in an agile environment. A Secret Yankee White clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree preferable but not required.
• Navy/Marine Corps Aviation Maintenance and NALCOMIS/OOMA experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities; cross-team collaboration in agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Score Technology and Analytics Center for the Presidential Helicopter program.
• Assist the Workload Scheduler in creating, maintaining, modifying CCPM projects and plans.
• Review Aviation PMI event forecasts and analyze capacity based on WIP requirements.
• Load project templates into workload scheduling software and participate in planning meetings.
• Develop and maintain charts/graphs and visual representations of project performance.
• Continuously monitor workload accuracy against plans and schedules.

Job description

$2,500.00 Hiring Bonus

Description: NSI requires a Maintenance Data Analyst to support the Score Technology and Analytics Center in support of the Presidential Helicopter program. The Maintenance Data Analyst will assist the Workload Scheduler in creating, maintaining, modifying, and analyzing CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) projects and project plans. Reviews Aviation PMI (Planned Maintenance Interval) event forecasts and analyzes capacity limitations based on resource requirements and required Work in Process (WIP). Assists with loading project templates into the workload scheduling software. Participates in workload planning meetings and presents 'what-if' analysis to the Industrial Operations and Maintenance teams. Develops and maintains charts/graphs and other visual representations of project performance. Continuously monitors accuracy of workload executed to workload plans and schedules. Navy or Marine Corps Aviation Maintenance and NALCOMIS/OOMA experience is a plus.

Desired Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and proficient skill. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and cross-team projects within an agile environment. Proficient with Microsoft Tools Suite; Excel, Word, PPT, Project.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: BS or BA degree preferable but not required.

Experience: Incumbent will be placed within a Junior-level position and will work under the Workload Scheduler. The incumbent will be expected to learn and assume the role of the Workload Scheduler when necessary.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Yankee White Clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
